JagoClient

JagoClient is a a popular software client for playing Go online. It is was originally created and is currently maintained as an open-source project by René Grothmann under the GNU Public License.
Jago is written in Java, so it is available for many platforms, including: Windows, Linux, and Macintosh. It features both a Graphical User Interface as well as a custom command-line interface for interacting with Go servers.
Its features include:
- Go Modem Protocol support, primarily for playing against Go programs with artificial intelligence such as GnuGo.
- Built-in server support for IGS, WING, and the LGS.
- Peer-to-peer connections between two JagoClient programs (rather than through a server).
- A full-featured game replay system that can read both SGF and XML file formats.
