Jaddu is a prominent Kapu Caste or clan of the state of Andhra Pradesh and Maharastra in India.

Jaddus founded the villages of Pogiri.

Jaddu belong to the Kapu Caste in Hindu Kapus were probably the earliest settlers of the Deccan and Andhra region who came in and cleared the forests and started agriculture. Hence generally are Landowning or Peasant Communities.
