Hello

I have added an entry for my cousin, Lino Carbosiero (a celebrity hairdresser to the stars). All of it is 100% accurate and I have added 6 external links that confirm who he is and what he does. So can someone PLEASE tell me how I can make this entry "live" as it doesn't appear to be. Id like to be able to find it via Google for eg. Many Thanks, Jack Cornuto

[edit] License tagging for Image:LINO.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:LINO.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:09, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Lino Carbosiero Article

Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia and for creating an article on Lino Carbosiero. Since you've mentioned that you are related to the article's subject, I encourage you to be very careful not to take this article in a direction that may be considered a Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest. The lists of celebrities in each section of this article is exhaustively long and needs to be reduced significantly. Also, the article is lacking Wikipedia: Citations in line with the statements in the article. If you'd like some basic tips and pointers, take a look at Wikipedia: Writing better articles. Also, Uncatbot put notices that the article is orphaned and uncategorized and you deleted those notices without making any corrections. Please do not do this again as it may be considered vandalism. Best wishes. Editortothemasses (talk) 19:33, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Dear Editortothemasses, Thanks for your reply re this. I have decided to take your advice and will significantly reduce the list of clients. However, I fail to see how this piece is commercial - he is not after any new clients..he has more than enough to handle! My cousin Lino simply wanted to direct journalists to his biography somewhere online. This is his biography - it is not intended as an advert! Also, I fail to see how someone trying to do that for their cousin represents a conflict on interest? To be honest, navigating Wikipedia is a nightmare! All this stuff about citations, orphaned pages etc is so hard to understand, ler alone fix! I add 6 references to other websites, including Hello magazine and The Daily Telegraph, which prove beyong doubt that he is who he says he is. Also, I took the photo of him..its his press photo. and I own the copyright..but when I tried to find a way of stating this, that option was not available to me! I wish this site was a lot simpler! But for now, pls accept that Ive done my best to comply and pls leave the entry as it is..it isnt doing any harm is it? Many Thanks, jack Cornuto
