Removed category: aggression. I couldn't see that progressive muscle relaxation had anything in common with mobbing and cyberstalking. If someone knows a reason it should have the category, please restore it, but tell the rest of us why on the Talk page. It isn't obvious it belongs from the page itself. -Tiresias BC 06:41, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

In the introduction of this technique, the instruction is to tense, but not actually move, the muscles. Whereas this notion is followed for most of the muscles listed, the exception is with the thigh, wherein a lift of 6 inches is proposed. In my experience with this technique, no actual movement of any body parts is needed. The tensing and subsequent relaxing of each muscle without any movement are sufficient to achieve the goal. Comments and citations welcome. LoopTel 05:40, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
I have never heard of being asked to lift leg up when tensing thigh. However if you try this, it is far easier to get a 'deeper' tense of the thigh muscle. Maybe it should be like an optional extra or something? Jon Rhodes —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.155.129.119 (talk) 14:37, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
