I am Jacob Eiler and have the right to use my own name.

Yes, but you don't meet the notability guidelines at WP:BIO, and simultaneously released material under the GFDL and claimed "All rights reserved." This results in the copyright violation notice. The first of these two warrants article deletion under WP:CSD #A7. You are welcome to put this content at you user page (User:Jacobeiler), so long as you agree to release it in accordance with the terms of the GFDL.—WAvegetarian(talk) 23:18, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
Actually, I do meet notability requirements - I have been published in several national publications, have been a guest on several radio and talk shows, and have been the subject of articles in Rolling Stone, the Indianapolis Star, the Herald Bulletin, and more. If you search for Jacob Eiler on google you will see that I am notable enough to have an article just as anyone else. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jacobeiler (talkcontribs)
Check out WP:AUTO. If you're notable enough to merit an article, someone else will eventually write one about you. In any case, google results don't help verify all these articles in national magazines. --Chaser T 23:33, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
He is marginally notable: Read the first google hit for "Jacob Eiler", but only marginally. I'll do a write up to avoid problems. —WAvegetarian(talk) 23:36, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

Thank you - even marginally is good enough for me.jacobeiler.net 23:37, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

I can remove the copyright statement since it is public information. Then the article should be good enough to stay until I can write more and get some people to contribute. jacobeiler.net 23:44, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

Wow, I'm impressed by your life, Jacob. Great job with the new write up, as well, AWvegetarian! --Chaser T 04:22, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
Thank you very much. —WAvegetarian(talk) 19:39, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

Please make comments on the edits - some for layout and a picture was added. I would like to clear the talk page of all information (this page). jacobeiler.net 17:52, 17 April 2007 (UTC)Jacobeiler

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:M3rs792p.jpg

Image:M3rs792p.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
