- Yes, but you don't meet the notability guidelines at WP:BIO, and simultaneously released material under the GFDL and claimed "All rights reserved." This results in the copyright violation notice. The first of these two warrants article deletion under WP:CSD #A7. - Actually, I do meet notability requirements - I have been published in several national publications, have been a guest on several radio and talk shows, and have been the subject of articles in Rolling Stone, the Indianapolis Star, the Herald Bulletin, and more. - Check out WP:AUTO. If you're notable enough to merit an article, someone else will eventually write one about you. In any case, google results don't help verify all these articles in national magazines. --Chaser T 23:33, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

Image:M3rs792p.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
