Talk:Jack Roche

[edit] More information
It's probably worth mentioning that Roche approached ASIO several times, offering to help them.
- how did ASIO respond to Roche's repeated attempts to tell them what he knew?
- "I got no response whatsoever," Roche testified at his trial. Roche had a wealth of information that he was willing to pass on.
- He had a home phone number, mobile number, email address and home address of Hambali, JI's operations chief.
- This was a full two years before the Bali bombings of October 2002, which Hambali masterminded. It is entirely possible that had ASIO acted Hambali may have been arrested and the Bali bombings stopped.
- Roche also had a landline number, two mobile numbers and two email addresses for Khalid Sheik Mohammed, who was planning the September 11 attacks on America from his Karachi hideout where Roche stayed.
