In one of your articals it says Jack Guthrie served on IWO JIMA, this is a error. I was with Jack Guthrie and we landed on IE SHIMA just across from Okinawa we were in the 1635th Eng. Construction BTN...He reenlisted and came back to the USA to record more songs and was supposed to return to Korea but took sick and passed away later. Dwight Finuf e-mail is ardell@mindspring.com
