Glasscock was some kind of manager in Fort Wayne and Sioux City 1899-1900, occasionally named as someone who might bring his team into or might organize a team for some minor league, maybe a new one. (Sioux City was in the new Western League after the old WL renamed itself the American League for 1900.) --P64 02:40, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
