Jacqueline van Rysselberghe Herrera (born 1965) is a Chilean politician and psychiatrist who graduated from the University of Concepción. She has been the mayor of Concepción since 2000. Previously, she had been a city council member since 1992.

Van Rysselberghe is a member of the right-wing party Independent Democrat Union where she is one of the five leaders (alongside Andrés Chadwick, Evelyn Matthei, Rodrigo Álvarez and Gabriel Villarroel), a position she also held during the period 2004-2006.

Van Rysselberghe is a mother of six.
