Jacqueline Halyard

Jacqueline Halyard is the co-owner and General Manager of the Newark Express, a team in the American Basketball Association that was formed in 2005. Marsha Blount (president) is co-owner of the team. The team currently plays in Newark, New Jersey at the gym at Essex County College.
