Jackson Township covers an area of 56.16 square miles (145.45 square kilometers); of this, 1.15 square miles (2.98 square kilometers) or 2.05 percent is water. The streams of Bear Slide Creek, Little Cicero Creek, Possum Run and Taylor Creek run through this township.
