Jack H. Watson Jr. (* 24th October 1938) former Chief Legal Strategist of Monsanto, served as Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs, Secretary to the Cabinet, and White House Chief of Staff during the Carter Administration.

He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vanderbilt University and received his law degree from Harvard Law School.
