Jack Sharpley (born February 18, 1906) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Hawthorn in the VFL.
A full back, Sharpley started his league career in 1926 with Footscray and played with them for a season and a half before moving to Hawthorn where he played with his brother Keith. He won the Peter Crimmins Medal in 1930 for Hawthorn's best and fairest player and finished equal second in the Brownlow Medal.
