Jack Rule, Jr.

Jack D. Rule, Jr. (born November 13, 1938) is an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour in the 1960s.
Rule is a native of Waterloo, Iowa. He defeated Jack Nicklaus in the 1956 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship but lost to Harlan Stevenson in the finals. His best finish in a men's major golf championship was a T-39 at the 1964 PGA Championship.[1]
