Jack Hawkins (born May 21, 1954) is a former Australian Rules footballer who played 182 games for Geelong from 1973 to 1981. He is the father of current Geelong forward Tom Hawkins.

Hawkins was known as 'Jumping Jack' for his incredible vertical leap when jumping for a mark. He also won the State High Jump competition and/or his sister Sandy did. Now known as John,he also played on Mark 'Jacko' Jackson in the backline. Jackson was known for his disconcerting stunts and sayings in the age before sledging became a word.
