Jack Hardy

Jackson A. (Jack) Hardy (November 1, 1924-August 22, 2006) was a politician in Manitoba, Canada.

He was elected to the Manitoba legislature in the provincial election of 1969 as a Progressive Conservative, defeating NDP candidate Jim Walding by 23 votes in the south-central Winnipeg-area riding of St. Vital. Hardy was also the mayor of St. Vital during this period, and opposed its amalgamation with Winnipeg.

He resigned his seat in the legislature on February 16, 1971, and died in 2006.
