Jack Franks is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 63rd district since 1999. He is a member of Hillary Clinton's Illinois Steering Committee and February 5th Rapid Responders.[1][2]
He has said that the reason Democratic Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich has problems in his relationship with the Legislature is that he does not spend enough time with the Legislature. "That’s a real reason he has such poor relations with the Legislature and can’t get any of his agenda passed, because he doesn’t talk to anybody."[1]
