- Founder and 1st President of Rencontres Franco-Allemandes, -RFA- Twinned cities Annecy and Bayreuth;
- Editor of News Bulletins BJI, Allemanda, writer of articles of Press and portraits of personalities, among others Michel Jazy, Claude Serre, Claude Gaveau, Dr. Maurice Mollard, Hermann Eppler;
