Jack Allister (born March 15, 1919) was an Australian rules footballer who played for North Melbourne in the VFL during the early 1940s.

Allister started his career in 1938 with Essendon but managed just one game. He returned to the league in 1941 and joined North Melbourne, playing 58 games for the club over his five seasons. His best year came in 1942 when he kicked 29 goals and won the Syd Barker Medal for North Melbourne's best and fairest.
