It is to used provide commentary on a career first for Jackie Chan: The fact that he plays an anti-hero for the first time. The picture shows his character burgling a mansion.
The image has a much lower resolution than when seen on the big screen.
In order to illustrate a person in a certain role in a film, no free images could be provided, since the evidence is all in the screenshot, which is copyrighted.
The image does not lower Chan's ability to sell DVDs in his film, in fact, upon seeing this picture, people might actually be more tempted to buy the film to see what's going on.
