[edit] Sorry

I by mistake accidentally removed some references and some of your input at Palestinian people. I appologise. Can you check it now as I returned to a prior version, and then I did what I intended to do then. I think your input is preserved but returned upfront instead of the origins of the Identity part. Please double check that I did not forget anything by mistake.

Thanks Jabeles for your comments at my page. You are very welcome to edit this page. Your insight will be always helpful.
You are right regarding the term Palestinian. In fact this term, which in arabic is Filistini, has appeared in many history books when refering to people from the region of Palestine or Filistin. It has not been limited to a particualr religion. For example, the family of Tamimi, one of the largest families of Palestine, was a christian family at one point. the chief of this family traveled to Medina in the early days of Islam to meet with the Prophet Muhammad. He later became a muslim along with his extended family just like many other tribes in Arabia itself. This guy was known in history book as Tamimi al-Dari al-filistini. Also, the engineer who build the Dome of the Rock was called, Raja' Bin Hayawah al-Filistini. So the word filistini or Palestinian was used in the Arabic literature for any one whose origins are from Palestine. Whether he was muslim, christian or Jews. In fact, the semitic Jews are Palestinian in origin and no question about that. This is what the article explains. Finally, I do not think any Palestinian would be upset or so when reading that some Jews are Palestinians because many Muslim Palestinian families are in origin Hebrew or Israelite. There is some documentation about these particular families mentioned by name in some old history book. Althouh some Arabian tribes in the ancient pre-Islamic times converted to Judaism. So things are really mixed here. But we can include such info as much as it relates to the Palestinian People subject.

[edit] Tick

I have moved Chip-Scale Atomic Clock to User:Jabeles/sandbox. The title should be chip-scale atomic clock so a move was needed anyway. Everything you have so-far put in the article belongs in the atomic clock article and indeed see the image in that article. So it is probably best for you to add to atomic clock. -- RHaworth 16:32, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

I'm sure what you said about the bridge not being "over-engineered" and implying that this led to its collapse is spot on but unless you can provide a citation from a secondary source it's WP:OR. I do encourage you to find a source to back up your obervations though, I have a similar impression and did see a non-engineer's editorial in a New York newspaper briefly touch on that aspect of the bridge's design. Thanks for your understanding and cheers! Gwen Gale 15:04, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
