I reorganized this article but several questions remain:
- Did he ever live outside Yemen?
- What does the U.S. allege he did to support the Buffalo Six?
- How long did Yemen sentence him to in his first conviction there (for the Limburg bombing)?
- Was he connected to the USS Cole bombing?
