7/06/06 - Under the "Initial Public Offering" section, the sentence "J.Crew, which is owned by private equity giant Texas Pacific Group, had it's stock market debut IPO on June 28, 2006, causing J. Crew's share price to increase by nearly $25." has an extra apostrophe in the "it's" and is generally inaccurate.

Post-IPO, it is no longer primarily owned by Texas Pacific Group, although TPG does own a large stake in it. More importantly, the IPO did not cause "J. Crew's share price to increase by nearly $25." For one thing, it did not have a publicly traded share price before the IPO. A more accurate statement would be that "J. Crew's share price opened over 25% above its IPO offer price on its first day of trading."

10/12/05 - Removed link to "J. Cruel." No reference to this site is made in the body of the article and the link served no purpose beyond publicity for the site.
