I know af a Joshua Twing Brooks, son of teacher Joseph Judson Books (1807 - 1862) and Judith Twing of Montpelier, Vermont. Brother of Ada Lunette Brooks who married Alfred Atmore Pope, son of Alton Pope, and became the mother of Theodate Pope Riddle. Joshua had a daughter by the name of Elizabeth. Is it the same person?
