J. Paul Binnebose (born November 26, 1977 in Sacramento, CA) was an American figure skater. He competed in pairs with partner Laura Lynn Handy, and the duo won the bronze medal at the 1999 U.S. Figure Skating Championships. However, later that year, he suffered a skull fracture in practice that left him comatose for a time. He recovered but never returned to competitive skating.
