John Paul Walker (born 1976) is an American professional snowboarder. He recently ended his sponsorship with Forum Snowboards after 11 years with the company.
J.P. Walker was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he started snowboarding in the early 1990's and soon became a x-games competitor around 1998. He has been featured in many Mack Dawg Productions' films for almost 2 decades. Snowboard films such as, but not limited to, Technical Difficluties, Decade, Amp, Picture This, and That have featured J.P. Walker. J.P. Walker is one of the world's most idolized snowboarders and he is considered one of the pioneers of freestyle snowboarding. His current sponsors are StepChild Snowboards, 32/Etnies footwear, Nixon Watches, Oakley, Bear Mountain, Milo Sport and Urban Swingers Golf Clothing.[1]
