Jean-François Quintin (born 28 May 1969) is a retired ice hockey player in the National Hockey League. He was born in St. Jean, Quebec.

[edit] Playing career
Quintin was drafted in the 1989 NHL Entry Draft, 4th round, 75th overall, by the Minnesota North Stars. His NHL career was brief, playing for the San Jose Sharks in only 8 games in 1991–92 and 14 more in 1992–93. In those 22 games, he scored 5 goals and added 5 assists for 10 points.
