J'Vonne Parker (born June 7, 1982 in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina) is an American football defensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at Rutgers.

Parker played college football at Rutgers. As a senior, he played in 11 games recording 19 tackles.

Parker was originally signed by the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted rookie free agent on April 29 2005. After spending some time on their active roster where he played in four games making five tackles, he was waived on September 3 2006. The following day he was claimed by the Dallas Cowboys and appeared in two games before being waived. He was again signed by the Browns but did not get any playing time. On October 18 2007, Parker was signed to the practice squad of the Baltimore Ravens.
