J2 is a wooden roller coaster designed by S&S Power and built by Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters located at Clementon Amusement Park, 2602 feet long. Opened in 2004, its first drop is 105 feet and can take its riders up to 56 MPH. The $4 million ride time is 1 minute 30 seconds. Originally named Tsunami, its name was changed in 2005 to honor the 1919 Jackrabbit (due to protests), which was abandoned in 2002, and because of the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami. During parts of the 2005 season and after the season was over, parts of the coasters track was replaced by Great Coasters International to provide a smoother ride. During the 2006 season the park only operated with one train while the other was worked on by Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters. More of the coaster was also replaced during the 2006-2007 off-season.
