Talk:Jürgen Rüttgers

Thanks for the further corrections to this article, though I'm very sceptical about the use of the term Prime Minister. A Prime Minister tends to refer to a single politician in control of the country's government who is second only to the official head of state, although in Germany the "Prime Minister" would actually be the Federal Chancellor (Gerhard Schröder) who officially serves under the President of the Federation (Horst Köhler). NRW is not a country in itself - it is a state much like states in America, so Prime Minister would be an inaccurate description. State President (original German: Landespräsident) would be more fitting. Jamyskis 12:46, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)
