Józef Zapędzki (born March 11, 1929) is a Polish sport shooter, twice a gold medalist at the Olympic Games in 25 m Rapid Fire Pistol (1968 Mexico City, 1972 Munich).
He was born in Kazimierówka, near Zawiercie.
