Jérémy Hélan

Jérémy Hélan is a French football player, who currently has a pre-contract agreement to sign for Stade Rennais Football Club after progressing through the Clairefontaine football academy.

He is one of the most sought after young talents in European football, with Internazionale, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Everton and Newcastle all reported to have had an interest in signing the player.[1]

However, on May 20th 2008 it was confirmed by his own mother in the French football magazine "L'Equipe" that he was in talks with Manchester United[citation needed].

Hélan, who is most comfortable playing as a left-sided fullback[citation needed], currently has one cap for the French Under-16 side[citation needed], and will be looking to feature in the upcoming games against Germany[citation needed].
