so for her to kick thim like little rag dolls is highly improble

-- Most likely the same way she can actually *live* if part of her digestive system in her abdominopelvic cavity is missing. Namely, that would be her large intestine and/or small intestine. The intestine is quite necessary to absorb nutrients and vitamins from the food, and thus is quite essential. Also, I somehow doubt that the transmutation saw fit to install some kind of ostomy (an artificial "opening") to allow waste removal from the body, she should have died immediately - not even incredible strength of will will save you if you just lost a set of vital organs. Izumi's condition really was always the point where I thought "Whiskey Tango Foxtrott?!", because it's just incredibly unlikely.

However, there's a little thing called "Suspension of Disbelief". It doesn't have to make sense in real life, if you remember that it is fiction. Though admittedly, it requires quite a bit of suspension of disbelief to ignore what I just explained above. However, suspension of disbelief is what is required here nonetheless.
