Izumiōtsu (泉大津市 Izumiōtsu-shi?) is a city located in Osaka, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 76,105 and the density of 6,202.53 persons per km². The total area is 12.27 km².

The city was founded on April 1, 1942.
