If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.
If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.
If you have any questions please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you. —Pilotguy cleared for takeoff 23:47, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:MidEastReligionCore.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:MidEastReligionCore.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 07:08, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
""This map is mine, copyrighted to me, as written on the bottom of the map. I give Wikipedia the permission to use it. So stop baggering this poor fellow."

"I see. So, the correction to your blatant errors by a former Harvard professor is considered "vandalism" but your pithless pseudo-information is not! Congratulations to Wikipedia for its standards! M. Izady"
[edit] Moved from AIV
This may not be the right place to report this, but I have spent nearly an hour trying to find the 'right place' to contact a Wiki editor. Someone has used my IP to post an inflamatory "correction" to an article on the Iraqi Mass Graves. I am the author of many books and articles on the plight of the Kurds and the Shiites, and would be the last person to justify their murder and torment--as the "correction" to the article has done. As a result, you have slated ME as a "vandal." That is a double jeopardy. Please remove those "correction" and my IP as the source. It is insulting and defamatory, never mind inaccurate. [edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 02:19, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
