Remark: The tank is one of the ugly kids of Marmon-Herrington CTLS family. The photgrapher was no tank expert, hence the caption. Most likely, this is one of the tanks of Royal Netherlands Indies Army (KNIL), captured by japans and then recaptured by Indonesian nationalists. If so, then it's CTLS-4TAC (the turret on the right).
