[edit] Good Enough Buried Photograph

The caption that shows the exact moment in which the face of a man can be seen can be found here. This is shown exactly at 0:07 minutes in the video, and the photo probably is black-and-white, but I took this caption and placed another photo of Ben, where it shows if there are similarities. However, I show it because it shows a face of a man, and that's my proof for my edit on the article for Good Enough. The photo of the man was NOT edited by me, I only placed another photo of Ben and circled the photo. In the making of the video, which can be seen in YouTube, Amy shows the photo and says 'who is this guy?' to the camera, so the guy's no one really.. Ivanescence 23:56, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

Except any photo evidence is speculation, and we cannot cite YouTube for copyright violation reasons. Because of this, I'm removing the edit until it can be proven through other means. Even then, I question the notability of this particular bit. -- Huntster T@C 00:18, 12 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Ge-caption.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Ge-caption.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. [edit] Speedy deletion of Image:Evanescence-2007.jpg

A tag has been placed on Image:Evanescence-2007.jpg, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD I3.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. -- Huntster T@C 21:55, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

Ivanescence, I have tagged this image for deletion because the license you added is inappropriate and there is no apparent right for its use. This image was taken by an outside agency and no permission has been given for its free use on Wikipedia, at least, no evidence of such has been presented. The previously used image is licensed as free-use GFDL because the photographer himself licensed it as such...you cannot simply tag an image as free-use because another image also has such a license. You must obtain permission from the photographer for the image to be used under a free license such as GFDL or similar. If you have any questions, please leave a message on my talk page. -- Huntster T@C 22:07, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
