Hi, I know I have closed this within minutes of submitting, but it qualifies for quick fail as far as I can see:

  1. No inline citations, not even any cited sources, just externals.
  2. Lead needs expansion to properly explain article
  3. Article generally needs expansion.
  4. Infobox would help
  5. An image would be nice, but is not mandatory in a GA.
