Ivan Valerievich Tkachenko

Ivan Valerievich Tkachenko is the Minister of Health and Social Security in Transnistria. Like most other members of the PMR (Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, official name) cabinet, he a native-born Transnistrian.
