If this is a screenshot of free software (GPL, BSD, etc.) do not use this template! [edit] Fair use rationale for IUP (software)
IUP Screenshot from Tecgraf's IUP Website. IUP is freely license under the MIT License. The entire website has a frame that asserts copyright for all content. However, this image is a screenshot created by the authors designed to illustrate the functionality of the software. This use claims the same purpose and conspicuously refers readers to the Tecgraf website.
Fair Use for Wikipedia is claimed under the belief that Screenshots for Software Products for critical commentary are reasonable and legitimate fair use justification.
