Itula Mili (born April 20, 1973) is a National Football League tight end free agent of Samoan origin; Mili played college football for Brigham Young University.
On January 4, 2007 he was released from the Seahawks to make room for Ben Obomanu on the roster.

Mili attended Kahuku High School and lived in Lā'ie, Hawai'i, USA, where he starred in football, basketball, and track. In football he led his team to two state championships and was an All-State selection. In track, he was the State High Jump Champion as a junior.
