Itronix

General Dynamics Itronix, formerly simply Itronix, is a rugged computers manufacturer based in Spokane, Washington. They market products for telecommunications, aerospace, military, and other commercial industries. Their rugged computers include the GoBook MR-1, XR-1, and VR-2 notebook computers, the Duo-Touch II tablet computer, and the GoBook Q200 handheld computer. All of their products are equipped with sunlight-viewable DynaVue touchscreen technology and meet or exceed MIL-STD 810F durability standards.
Itronix's nearest competitor in the United States is Panasonic, makers of the semi-rugged and rugged Toughbook line of products.
Itronix was part of the Itron company until splitting in the mid-90s. Itronix was acquired by General Dynamics in 2005. [1]
