  Shinobi, a chatroom on Xatech.com, is a popular Naruto-based chat.  The room is run by username Haruno.Sakura,
and it posseses many moderators and members.  More notable moderators are Hoshigaki_Kisame, who is known for using extremely precise speech at all times.
 Deidara is Kisame's close friend, speaking with many H'es in his words(ghey for example).  

Itachi Uchiha is also close friends with Kisame and Deidara, referring to the three as a three-man cell.
