The Itatiaia Thistletail (Oreophylax moreirae), also known as the Itatiaia Spinetail, is a species of bird in the Furnariidae family. It is the only member of the genus Oreophylax.
It is endemic to south-eastern Brazil. Its common name refers to Itatiaia region.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.
