Italy national women's ice hockey team

The Italian national women's ice hockey team, aka Blue Ladies, is controlled by the Federazione Italiana Sport del Ghiaccio (FISG). Italy is ranked 11th in the world with 2015 points (2006). Italy has about 850 female players (2005). The current head coach is Herbert Frisch who replacing Markus Sparer.
