Italian Radicals can refer to:
- The Radical Party, a far left/left-liberal parliamentary group, 1877–1922.
- The Radical Party, emerged from the left-wing of Italian Liberal Party, 1955–1989.
- The Transnational Radical Party, the transnational evolution of the Radical Party, 1989–present.
- Several Pannella Lists, such as the Pannella Clubs' Movement, Pannella-Reformers List and Pannella-Sgarbi List, 1992–1999.
- The Bonino List, the continuation of the Pannella Lists, 1999–2004.
- The Italian Radicals, the re-organization of Pannella/Bonino Lists into a political party in 2001; it is currently a minor ally of the Democratic Party.
