[edit] NPOV is a joke, yet again...

Calling Brian May's solo "controlled" is silly, and far from NPOV. Also, without a citation, the comment about this song sounding too much like "Play The Game" should go. 65.248.164.214 (talk) 17:21, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Why do people trash this Video?

I find this video to be sublime, striking, and gorgeous. Freddie Mercury rarely looked more glamorous, these words coming from a straight man. The video featured, visually, the epic grandeur that Queen had been infusing their music with for over 10 years by that point. Not only that, but Freddie's "horse mohawk," his pounding on the table while delivering the line "Life is tough," and the scene where he gets his foot stepped on are hilarious. Also, when he breaks the fourth wall near the end of the video and briefly looks into the camera before returning to character, it can give me the chills. 65.248.164.214 (talk) 17:29, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Merge debate

  • Keep Merge seems unnecessary deletion. Song is notable, video very notable. Article still currently weak, but doesn't need to remain that way in perpetuity. No reasons presented for merge. This isn't a paper encyclopedia... there's room for this article. --Dweller 12:19, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
    • If you feel you can expand the article please do so. But as it stands the article says very little about the song.— miketm - Queen WikiProject - 13:00, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
      • I agree. But that's not a good reason for merge in my book... it can't be expanded if it doesn't exist. The article's been rated of high importance by the Wikiproject. --Dweller 13:07, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
        • All singles (and albums) are rated as high importance. The article will not be merged right away, but if the article shows no improvement within a week or so it will be merged to The Works (Queen album)#It's a Hard Life.— miketm - Queen WikiProject - 13:21, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
          • Improved, though it's not my area of expertise. Does that mean the merge tag comes down now? --Dweller 14:17, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
            • I would wait and see what other people think. If there are no objections within a week then remove it.— miketm - Queen WikiProject - 14:27, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Harduk.jpg

Image:Harduk.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:57, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
