It's Only Natural is the second studio album by American pop boy band Natural, released by Sony BMG and Transcontinental Records in Germany on March 15, 2002. It had earlier been released with two different releases in Japan and possibly other Asian countries as well.

The album was the second for the band and their final one overall; shortly after the release they went on their It's Only Natural Farewell Tour and then disbanded. It's Only Natural was a complete departure from the band's debut album which had been standard boy band pop of the day.

This time the band took a more mature rock/pop sound similar to The Calling and wrote all but one song, the lead single "What If". Most of the material was written by Ben Bledsoe and Marc Terenzi. The album also differed in vocal stylings featuring more of Michael Johnson who had barely sung on the debut. J Horn's vocals were notably absent, except for one verse in "Let Me Just Fly". He had previously been a lead vocalist, although by this point he had lost interest in the band.

Three singles were released on this album: "What If", "Let Me Just Fly" and one bonus track, "Why It Hurts". Other singles such as "Cabdriver" and "3 Miles" had been planned, but with the band's disbanding nothing came of them.

All together It's Only Natural had all three singles topping the German top 50 even though there was little promotion. The album was released in Germany, Austria, Switzerland as well as Malaysia, Philippines, and Japan.
