Joseph Publishing, Sea Gayle Music, and Warner-Tamerlane Publishing Corp. in Arista Nashville in 2003. The song spent eight non-consecutive weeks at Number One on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in summer of 2003. In addition, the song hit number 17 on the US hot 100.
The music video for this song was shot at the Square Grouper Bar at Castaways in Jupiter, Florida and featured many locals.
