[edit] Title

My copy of the book bears the title Isanbul: Memories and the City. So does the book in the New York Times review. My edition is the Vintage one printed in July 2006 with the ISBN-13: 978-1400033881. This edition is also the only to be found at amazon.com. One even gets more Google hits by searching for "Istanbul: Memories and the City" as compared to "Istanbul: Memories of a City". There seems to be some inconsistency here, regarding the fact that a few professional reviews call the book Memories of a City, such as the Guardian review.
